Default My 2012 AT Adveture is Complete.

Howdy folks. Some of you here knew that I had gone back to the trail this year to complete more of the trail. Well, I made just a hair over 400 miles and got my picture taken at the Halfway Sign. I'm back home now and this years installment of the journal is up with pictures. The new entries start on 3/12/2012, exactly two years from my 2010 thru attempt. Had loads of fun, so if you've a mind to, check it out "R.A.Wizard on Trailjournals.com." Happy Hiking To Everyone, RAW.

Glad to hear your home safe. 400 miles. Nice little hike in the woods. Congratulations.

Just checked out your latest trail journal entries.
Sounds like you had a good hike, good for you!
And what's with all the wine? I think I'd enjoy hiking with you...lol

Default Wine

LI, you would'nt believe how knowing that a bottle of wine is waiting for you ahead on the trail gives you an extra incentive to make it to that location ...or bust. Plus it makes for fun at the shelters when you pass it around. The only hard part is figuring out what wine goes with a granola bar and mashed potatoes. One of those really tough trail decisions, I guess. RAW.
